Walt Disney Officials announced that starting tomorrow, June 2nd 2013, there will be a price increase on the Park tickets and Parking lot as well. Single Day Tickets A Magic Kingdom single day ticket will be priced $5 higher than the other Walt Disney World parks. An adult single day ticket at Magic Kingdom will now cost $95, with the other three parks now costing costing $90 for an adult single day ticket. Child prices are now $89 for the Magic Kingdom, and $84 for the other parks. All price are with tax included and will still be available online and at the Park Entrance. Magic Your Way (Multi-Day) ticketsA few examples – An adult 10 day base ticket will increase from $318 to $339, with a 3 day base ticket increasing from $242 to $262. Park hopper add-on increases by $2 per day, as does the water park option. Park hopper and water park option increases by $5 per day. No expiration also increases, with a 10 day no expiration option increasing from $275 to $325, and a 3 day no expiration option up from $40 to $45. ANNUAL PASSESThe cost for an adult or child Annual Pass becomes $609, up from the current $574. The Premium Annual Pass increases to $729. The biggest increase comes in the Premier Passport, which is valid for all Florida and California parks. The Premier Passport will be $979 (plus applicable tax), up from $849. PARKINGStarting tomorrow, 2 June, the parking fee at all Walt Disney World resort theme parks will increase by an additional $1. A car will cost $15, and a camper/trailer will cost $16 per day. A Pirate’s Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas has officially set sail at Magic Kingdom Park.
For many guests, a visit to a Disney Park wouldn’t be complete without catching a parade. Whether it’s the thrill of seeing which Disney character comes up next, or that moment when your favorite character waves right at you, there’s just something magical about a Disney parade.
Disney Just recently announced that a new procession, the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade, will march into Magic Kingdom Park in spring 2014. Limited Time Magic has been a total success on bringing special one-of-a-kind moments to the parks, and this time they are doing it with something special that has being around the parks for a long time. The Dapper Dans, Main Street U.S.A original Performers. The Dapper Dans tip their hats to a new kind of music that they discovered while "strolling through the park one day." Watch for this winsome quartet and their all-new medley that will have "Everybody" seeing "What Makes You Beautiful." But they won't be saying "Bye Bye Bye" to barbershop completely—after all, the Dapper Dans are the "Original Boy Band." As a Part of Limited Time Magic, this musical time warp band will be singing songs from famous "Boy Bands" like One Direction and N'SYNC, this is definitely a can't-miss experience at Magic Kingdom park in Florida. A Pirate’s Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas To Debut At Magic Kingdom Park This Spring1/24/2013 We’re happy to share that Disney Finally announced on the Disney Parks Blog that a new interactive quest called A Pirate’s Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas will debut in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom Park this spring. In A Pirate’s Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas, guests will use a pirate map and magic talisman to help them complete five different pirate raids throughout Adventureland. The goal is to help locate different Treasures of the Seven Seas and fight off pirate enemies like the Royal Navy and Captain Barbossa, among others. If guests help Captain Jack succeed in all the missions, they’ll be welcomed as part of his new crew. If not, they’ll face the wrath of the cruel sea – alone.

There’s nothing like ringing in the New Year at Disney Parks, but if you can’t join, Disney is keeping the excitement going to begin January with some special “Limited Time Magic” at the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. First, Limited Time Magic is beginning the New Year at Walt Disney World Resort in Magic Kingdom Park with Tomorrowland’s first ever “Bling in the New Year” dance party. For an entire week, children of all ages can celebrate the start of 2013. You’ll be able to watch live entertainment on Rockettower Plaza Stage, dance to great music and celebrate with some of your favorite Disney characters – all dressed in their New Year’s best. And if you can’t stay up until midnight, there will be a New Year’s countdown every hour leading up to midnight. The celebration begins on December 30 and runs through January 5. Also, 2013 will be the “Year of the Ear” at Disney Parks. Every month, Disney Parks will release new ear hats to add to your collection as part of “Limited Time Magic.” January will start with the limited release of Disney Couture Ear Hats. And each month, there will be fun designs to discover.
